What data we collect and why

Private event requests. When you fill in the form we receive your name, phone number, email (optional) and event details. We use them only to answer your request and send you a proposal (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep them for up to 12 months, then delete them.

WhatsApp. The booking buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The conversation takes place on WhatsApp (Meta), under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

Technical cookies (always on): needed to remember your cookie choice. No consent required.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4, used to understand in aggregate how the site is visited. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent): Google Ads and, if active, Meta Pixel, used to measure the results of our ads and show them to people interested in Fresella.

Until you choose, Google tags run in "Consent Mode" without storing cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored for 6 months.

Data handled by Google and Meta may be transferred outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the contact above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
